EBMC started in 1968 under its original company name Barcelon-Burger Management Corporation, a partnership between Eugene Burger and Theodore Barcelon, basically providing the same solutions and services it is doing at present. The business partners subsequently separated in the year 1979, with Eugene Burger preserving the original corporate charter and established Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC), ushering in a new trend of development for the organization. By the year 2004, EBMC established its head office in Rohnert Park along with a fully committed workforce of experienced and certified industry professionals supplying an entire assortment of real estate managing professional services to residential and commercial clients.
In September 2011, EBMC announced the publication of their EBMC University Course Catalog. The catalog underwent development to let team members know about the 41 course offerings available from EBMC University Learning Management System. The catalog is updated bimonthly.
