The Auburn office serves the Roseville, Rocklin, Nevada City, Truckee, and Auburn areas. The Carlsbad office serves Greater San Diego and the Northern Counties. The Los Angeles office serves Southern California and the Novato office serves Marin County. The Sacramento office serves the California Central Valley (Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Patterson, and Turlock).

EBMC, being a qualified receiver, provides prompt actions and responses and they can deliver a Receiver Bond within 48 hrs. Currently, Mr. Burger is serving as a court-appointed receiver in the Eighth Judicial District in The State of Nevada. He’s served as a Special Master for the United States District Court; he’s qualified as an expert witness in roughly 23 bankruptcy and litigation cases.

Their services comprise property management; maintenance and property inspections; marketing and leasing, accounting; hiring of onsite employees; supervision of contractors, and the collection of rents, among a number of other services.

Members of EBMC’s executive staff met on September 5, 2012, with associates from the government of Japan – Condominium Policy Office, Housing Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation and Tourism. The delegation desired EBMC’s expertise and knowledge of condominium management to help them in the development of Japanese policies and best practices.
The Windsor Chamber of Commerce, on September 18, 2012, held their yearly awards luncheon. Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC) attained the Small Business of the Year award. The Company was nominated by another Chamber member who submitted reasons why EBMC should win the award.
