Since the company launched in 1969, Eugene Burger Management Corporation has been managing government-subsidized, affordable housing for individuals with lower incomes. They have participated in the management of over two hundred and fifty properties insured and/or subsidized by HUD as well as other agencies, including the USDA Rural Development.
They work with local and regional housing authorities throughout the western U.S. in the managing of low-income housing. These consist of every residential type, such as rural, suburban, urban, high-rise, garden-style, family, senior, and cooperatives. This is for all kinds of ownership entities (lenders, government agencies, non-profit organizations, limited partnerships, and individual).
